The alloy powder is added into the laser melting pool by the synchronous powder feeding method, with small dilution rate of the cladding layer. The interface is in metallurgical bonding state, and is characterized by small workpiece deformation and small machining allowance. The cladding layer is free of porosity and crack defects with the hardness optional in HRC20-60, and has excellent wear resistance and corrosion resistance, which is suitable for the cladding manufacturing or re-manufacturing of various complex shape parts. The high-speed cladding efficiency can reach 40 minutes/m2 to realize the idea of "good steel is used on the blade"
